We are now looking for a Management Leader for HR Systems on behalf of our client in Stockholm.

The assignment involves leading the tactical and operational work within the management and further development of HR systems in a larger organization undergoing change. You will step into an ongoing assignment in the final stages of an initial phase and are expected to contribute with stability, structure, and leadership until a permanent solution is in place.

The HR project includes, among other things:

• PA system (Heroma)

• Platform for training and competence planning

• Staffing system for external healthcare staffing

• Planned implementation of a new scheduling system

• Ongoing procurement of a new recruitment system as well as several parallel initiatives related to digitization and efficiency improvements.

In the role, you are responsible for leading the management work, preparing decision-making materials for the steering group, and developing collaborations both internally and externally. The assignment also includes participation in larger change initiatives related to the organization's overall goals.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment via Futuria People starting on 2026-06-30.

• Academic degree in, for example, computer science or behavioral science

• At least five (5) years of experience with pm3

• At least five (5) years of experience with ITSM

• At least three (3) years of experience leading complex assignments in large organizations with decentralized governance and budget responsibility

• Experience in establishing management within the public sector

• Experience in system management within the HR area in collaboration with management leaders, object owners, and other stakeholders

• At least five (5) years of experience in supplier development within IT

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• At least three (3) years of experience with ITIL

• Experience in IT management assignments with formal budget responsibility within regional operations

• Start date: 2026-06-30

• End date: 2026-12-30 with the possibility of extension

• Scope: 100 %

• Location: Stockholm (onsite)
