We are looking for a system responsible IT professional with a focus on Alfresco for an organization in the energy sector. You will be a key person in a management object related to construction projects, where Alfresco is used for document storage and collaboration with contracted contractors. The system is mission-critical and used by both internal and external users on a large scale. The management is conducted according to pm3, and you will work closely with IT, operations, and suppliers to ensure stable operation and continuous development.

• Have overall technical responsibility for Alfresco
• Ensure operation, availability, security, and lifecycle management
• Define and follow up on needs related to infrastructure components
• Plan and implement upgrades, changes, and improvements
• Maintain ongoing dialogue and sync with product owners and development teams
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes
• Be responsible for permissions, information security, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with object owners, management leaders, and operations
• Manage and develop supplier relationships
• Ensure that technical documentation and architecture are kept up to date

• At least 5–9 years of experience in a role as system responsible or equivalent with overall technical responsibility for an IT system
• Experience in management and further development of Alfresco
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management in mission-critical environments
• Experience working closely with operations and suppliers in a management/operations context
• Familiarity with or experience in IT management according to pm3
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in managing access control and regulatory compliance related to information security
• Experience working in environments with many internal and external users
