Ecrucial is looking for a Senior Java Developer with solid experience in modern Java development and cloud platforms. You are a technically skilled developer who thrives in container-based environments and is passionate about creating scalable, robust, and future-proof solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Java Developer, you will:

• Develop and maintain applications in Java

• Work with microservices, cloud integration, and container technology

• Contribute to DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate in agile teams with QA, DevOps, and product owners

• Participate in architectural decisions and technical guidelines

We are looking for someone who has

At least 8 years of experience in Java development

• At least 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, DevOps, and container-based development

Technical skills we value

Backend (Java):

• Java 8–21, Spring Boot, Jakarta EE

• REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC

• Microservices, Clean Code, SOLID, TDD

Frontend:

• Angular, React, TypeScript

• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

• Webpack, Vite, npm

Databases:

• SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server

• NoSQL: MongoDB, Firebase, Redis

• Experience migrating from monolith to data pipelines

• Flyway, Liquibase for database versioning

Cloud Platforms

• Azure: App Services, Functions, Key Vault, AKS

• AWS: ECS, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM

• GCP: App Engine, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Firestore

• CI/CD pipelines in the cloud, cloud-agnostic development

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Pulum

• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry
