As a Principal Azure Architect, you will be a central and visible force in our Azure team within Enterprise Integration. You combine deep technical expertise with a strong ability to influence, inspire, and build trust – both internally and externally. Your presence makes a difference, and you contribute as much to culture and direction as to architecture and technology.
Are you a person with strong technical understanding who also has the ability to listen, explain, challenge, and guide both customers and colleagues? Then we want to meet you!
We believe you recognize yourself in the following description:You inspire. You are eager to share your knowledge – through presentations, webinars, lectures, or when we meet at conferences and events. You are a voice that is heard, and you enjoy representing both your area of expertise and Epical.
You build trust. Both customers and colleagues feel secure in your competence and presence. You have the ability to meet people where they are, create clarity in complexity, and be the one others naturally turn to.
You lead technical direction. From strategy to implementation, you are the one who sets direction and keeps the whole together. You are passionate about long-term thinking – in architecture, culture, and ways of working. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating, but you do not hesitate to step forward when the situation requires it.
You contribute to the culture. You are a person who says "hello" in the hallway 👋 You see people, create energy, and strengthen team spirit.
