We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting operations, which means you will be employed by us and work for clients or internal projects and commitments.

Your profile (Must have) • Academic degree at least at the bachelor's level in IT, computer science, or systems science

• At least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst, working within business development, system development, and/or IT projects, handling tasks such as gathering and prioritizing requirements, leading workshops, etc.

• At least 5 years of experience working with requirements management tools and platforms, Jira and/or Azure DevOps

• At least 5 years of experience working cross-functionally and broadly with requirements work, where you have handled requirements in at least two of the following areas: such as process development, IT systems (frontend/backend), IT hardware, and Operational Technology (OT)

Meritorious • At least 2 years of experience working with agile methods

• At least 3 years of experience in the role of assignment or project manager

• Certification in agile methods, SAFe or Scrum
