About the Assignment

We are now looking for a senior Requirements Analyst / Business Developer for a long-term assignment where requirements work is a central part of business development. The assignment is placed in a strategic and supportive function that works closely with the business on the development, coordination, and management of common methods, working practices, and tools.

In this role, you will drive the requirements work forward and support project and assignment leaders to ensure that the right requirements are developed at the right time and with the right quality. You will act as an important link between the business, project management, development teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The assignment may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

• Lead and coordinate the requirements process throughout the assignment's lifecycle
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on requirements work
• Conduct requirements gathering through interviews and workshops
• Analyze and structure functional and non-functional requirements
• Document requirements in the form of requirement specifications, user stories, and decision support
• Ensure a common understanding of requirements among stakeholders, developers, and testers
• Establish and support lifecycle management and traceability of requirements
• Manage changes and risks related to requirements
• Participate in verification, validation, and acceptance testing
• To a lesser extent, develop test plans and lead testing work based on requirements

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Academic degree at least at the bachelor's level in IT, computer science, systems science, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience working as a requirements analyst in business development, system development, and/or IT projects
• At least 5 years of experience with requirements management tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps
• At least 5 years of experience in cross-functional requirements work in at least two of the following areas:
• Process development
• IT systems (frontend and/or backend)
• IT hardware
• Operational Technology (OT)

Desirable Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with agile methods
• At least 3 years of experience in the role of assignment or project manager
• Certification in agile methods, such as SAFe or Scrum
