About the position

Perido is looking for a helpdesk employee for our client, one of the country's leading hubs for cultural heritage. The position is located at the client's office in Stockholm.

The following tasks may be included in this position:

• ensuring that IT equipment functions properly
• providing service support to users via phone, email, and chat regarding
• hardware and software
• administering IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, and print queues)
• instructing users on how to work with various programs

Your qualities

We are looking for a skilled helpdesk employee who is service-oriented and has a natural ability to interact with people in a professional and friendly manner. The role requires good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a calm and solution-oriented approach even in pressured situations. The ability to quickly understand different problems, analyze situations, and guide users step by step is crucial. A helpdesk employee is often the first contact for the user and therefore important for building trust and providing a positive experience. Additionally, a structured work style, attention to detail, and a willingness to continuously develop knowledge in systems and technology are needed to provide the best possible support.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in IT (for example, a bachelor's degree in computer science) or equivalent IT education and at least two (2) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, high school or equivalent knowledge and three (3) years of work experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Good knowledge of issue management systems (e.g., Easit GO or ServiceNow)
• Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Jamf Pro
• Experience with the Freshservice issue management system or equivalent
• Experience working in the public sector

Scope and start date

Part-time 75%, consulting assignment until 2026-06-30. Immediate start.
