Senior Product & Process Consultant at Enerim in Stockholm
Do you want to contribute to the development of the future energy market? Enerim is growing in the Swedish market and is now looking for a Senior Process and Product Consultant who wants to take responsibility for the implementation and development of our digital services for electricity trading companies, network companies, and other players in the energy sector. Your role
In this role, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams, focusing on business processes, system support, and product development primarily within EnerimCIS. You will have an advisory and customer-facing role where you act as expert support in both deliveries, product development, and customer dialogues. At the same time, you will help build Enerim's long-term presence in Sweden.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and further develop business processes within EnerimCIS related to meter-to-cash, including customer service, meter and unit management, new network connections, and billing-related processes such as claims and debt collection.
• Follow market developments and regulatory changes within the energy industry
• Contribute to product development plans, product materials, and internal/external product communication
• Support implementations, onboarding, and training of customers
• Provide specialist expertise in customer dialogues and business processes, for example, in connection with offers

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education, such as computer science, industrial economics, or another relevant field
• Experience working in product, process, or business development in complex IT or enterprise environments
• Experience with KIS systems (customer information systems), billing solutions, or other business-critical systems related to the customer lifecycle
• Experience from the energy sector, telecommunications, or utility sector is advantageous, especially understanding Swedish market processes and regulations
• Experience supporting implementations, onboarding, and training of customers
• Comfortable working closely with customers in an advisory role
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into system support and functioning processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A solution-oriented and proactive attitude
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Willingness to travel
