In this new role, you will be part of our team in Stockholm Bostad, where you will be responsible for a management portfolio consisting of commercial spaces of approximately 30,000 sqm located in various parts of Stockholm. The spaces include healthcare centers, offices, shops, and warehouses of different sizes. An exciting mix that demands both business acumen and flexibility.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have a background in commercial management and that you have built up experience in a similar role over the years. If you have also worked with commercial leasing, we see it as an extra plus. We are looking for someone with technical competence in management, who is self-driven, takes initiative, and has a business-oriented drive.
