We are now looking for a service-oriented and unpretentious HR partner who thrives in a varied role, with a focus on operational HR work and the opportunity to contribute strategically.

About the role

As an HR partner with us, you have a central and operational role. You will be part of an HR department of three people who together support the bank's 11 offices in both daily HR issues and long-term development and change processes.

Examples of tasks:

• Support and advice across the entire HR area

• Recruitment and testing

• HR administration, working with processes and routines as well as some payroll work

• Work environment, rehabilitation, and labor law

• Contribute to the development of HR work from both an operational and strategic perspective

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an education in HR/personnel science or behavioral science. Experience in similar HR work is an advantage.

You are confident in your HR skills and enjoy a role with significant responsibility and many points of contact in everyday life. As a person, you are engaged, with a structured and meticulous working style. You are communicative, enjoy collaborating with others, and find it easy to build trusting relationships.
