Would you like to help build the future of adult education in Jönköping? Starting January 1, 2026, Hermods is launching a new operation in basic and upper secondary adult education and is now looking for an additional career advisor who wants to contribute to providing our students with the right guidance and creating strong connections between education and the labor market – on-site in our facilities in Jönköping.

About the Position

As a career advisor with us, you will be a central part of the students' journey through adult education. Your mission includes:

• Guiding students in their study choices and future career opportunities.
• Participating in mapping, creating study plans, and validation.
• Providing continuous guidance throughout the education and ensuring that students receive comprehensive, factual, and impartial information about studies and professions, tailored to their needs.
• Creating and developing collaborations between education and the labor market to strengthen students' opportunities in the job market.
• Working closely with educators, school management, and Jönköping municipality's career advisors, including participation in course starts.
• Supporting administration around student admissions in our learning platform during certain periods.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional qualification in career guidance.
• Experience in guidance within adult education or upper secondary school is an advantage.
• Ability to create good contacts with the labor market and work purposefully with matching between education and professional life.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
