New Employee Wanted for the Assistance Unit

We are now looking for a new employee for our assistance unit.

The unit is located in central Hagfors and shares space with parts of the department's administration. The unit has a coordinator and 6 caseworkers.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities consist of handling cases according to applicable legislation, according to the municipality's established guidelines and routines. The tasks include investigating the need for support and assistance, making decisions, and being responsible for placing orders with providers. As a caseworker, you will participate in coordinated care planning.

There is an opportunity for some remote work.

Qualifications

Degree in social work, social care program, or other relevant education, as well as experience in public authority operations according to SoL.

The ability to make and communicate decisions, as well as to express oneself in speech and writing, is of great importance.

Ability to collaborate in a structured manner and take initiative based on economic and quality perspectives, as well as being flexible. Good collaboration skills are required.

Experience in case handling in the area is desirable. Experience in handling according to IBIC is an advantage.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
