About the Job

We are now looking for personal assistants for a soon-to-be 7-year-old girl. Experience with NPF diagnoses is a requirement, and as an assistant, you need to be in her vicinity throughout the work shift. The family lives in central Karlstad.

The position is a needs-based employment.

We see that you are a playful, cheerful person who is self-driven, responsible, and possesses patience and calmness. As a person, you enjoy working with children and young people, have ideas, humor, and are eager to participate in activities, with collaboration coming naturally to you.

Your workplace will be in the girl's home and close to the rest of her family. You are someone who values the girl and the family's personal integrity and privacy, as this is of utmost importance to us.

Working hours are during the day and evening on all weekdays.

A-Assistans Leimir AB is a private company that arranges personal assistance for those entitled to assistance throughout the country. We have over 500 personal assistants employed. Our offices are located in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Stockholm, Västerås, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our clients to be able to live as independently as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation pay, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are included according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK for full-time employment per year, coffee breaks at work, and other benefits.
