We are looking for summer substitutes at the Training Residence Odlargränd for work as support staff during the summer.

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people who have different needs for support and care. It is about supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, train, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Odlargränd Odlargränd is a training residence for young people with high-functioning autism aged 15 to 23 years. The residence is located in Kil. We accept young people from all over the country under both LSS and SoL. We have a close collaboration with various schools in Karlstad to solve the young people's schooling according to their wishes. We strive to offer the youth an active leisure time, and there are great opportunities to utilize their own interests and experiences in the work. The residence is staffed around the clock, which means you should be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and awake on-call shifts.

At Odlargränd, you have a manager close to you who is available for support and guidance.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:

We prefer that you are educated in a caring profession and have experience working with people with disabilities. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
