Description

We are now looking for employees to join Funktionsstöd and help develop our group home Västby located in Molkom.

Västby is a residence for five adults primarily with various neuropsychiatric diagnoses.

Responsibilities

The work involves helping and supporting the residents to lead a meaningful life based on individual needs and circumstances. At Västby, we adapt pedagogy to the resident, and it is part of the job to embrace new working methods, develop, and change these. Documentation is a significant and important part of the work. The role also includes housing support for clients living in their own homes.

The work involves irregular scheduled working hours with weekend duty every other weekend. Appendix J applies.

Qualifications

You should have relevant education such as treatment assistant, nursing assistant, or similar, or experience that the employer deems equivalent. We also require documented experience from similar work.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of neuropsychiatry and experience working from a cognitive approach.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, where flexibility and initiative are very important qualities. Furthermore, you have a professional attitude and the ability to collaborate with individuals, relatives, colleagues, and other important professionals for the work.

Computer skills and a B driver's license are required.
