The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS Youth Home Klarälvsgården receives non-compulsory school boys with psychosocial issues as well as criminality and substance abuse. We are tasked with receiving boys with an increased need for psychiatric interventions.

Job Description

We offer an interesting and pleasant workplace with varied and stimulating tasks. The position involves working in a team with other functions such as psychologists, teachers, treatment pedagogues, etc. As a treatment secretary, you will be responsible for documentation and treatment planning in consultation with the treatment team. You will guide treatment pedagogues in their daily work and ensure that documentation is done in accordance with guidelines. The work is varied, which requires flexibility and responsibility. It means that you are a structure bearer, meticulous, and organized. You understand the value and context of collaboration; it is natural for you to guide and support your colleagues. You are the initiator who anchors and implements decisions.

Qualifications

• You must have an academic degree of 210 credits in social and behavioral sciences or health sciences, or alternatively 180 credits in behavioral sciences.
• We are looking for a person with a genuine interest in youth care and a desire to participate in the development of the operations and the methods used.
• You have a very good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing.
• You have a B driver's license, as the work sometimes involves travel outside the institution.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in care and treatment work within social services, psychiatry, or criminal care.

Employment:

The position is a temporary contract from March 16, 2026, to September 4, 2026.
