We are looking for a bartender at Scandic Malmen
Regardless of why the guest comes to us, few things are as appreciated as a friendly face welcoming them. As a bartender, you act as a host along with the rest of the hotel team, creating a world-class guest experience.
With us, you will take significant responsibility for making the decisions necessary to satisfy the guest, and the teams develop and improve work methods and service as the world changes. What does the role entail?
You will be part of a fantastic team that does everything to provide our guests with an amazing hotel and bar experience. Your tasks will include preparing and serving drinks as well as providing guests with a positive reception and excellent service. The role also includes working with upselling.
Who are you?
Since you and your colleagues are the first guests meet in our bar, it is crucial that you have a friendly and warm demeanor and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a passion for food and drinks and enjoy order and tidiness, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to give the guests a fantastic bar experience.
We would like you to have a bartending education and a few years of experience. Your personal qualities and attitude are the most important to us. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.

The position is a part-time temporary employment.
