We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist

Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist at Hotel Hötorget, you will play an important role in providing our guests with the best possible hotel experience. You will assist at the reception and help with check-ins and check-outs, provide advice and information about the hotel and local attractions, and manage bookings. In addition, you will also assist with breakfast service and cleaning of the hotel's common areas.

Requirements

To thrive in the role of receptionist at Hotel Hötorget, you should be service-oriented, meticulous, and responsible. You should have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Experience in the service industry is an advantage, but not a necessity as we will provide you with the training needed.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is at least 18 years old

- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

- Has a professional demeanor and good communication skills

- Has experience with booking systems, extra points if you have experience with Hotsoft or Nitesoft.
