Night Receptionist / Night Porter 75% – Brunnby Hotel

Brunnby Hotel is a family-owned hotel with 44 rooms, located in Årstapartihallarna in southern Stockholm. We have a warm and personal atmosphere, with many returning guests and a focus on service, quality, and comfort – for both guests and staff.

We are now looking for a night receptionist for 75%, working every other week.

About the position

As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for the operation of the hotel during the night. Your tasks include:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Bookings, cash handling, and basic administration
• Phone calls and guest service
• Supervision of the hotel premises and common areas
• Preparation, cooking, and serving of breakfast
• Basic cleaning in common areas and some laundry handling of towels at night

Working hours are 22:30–06:30, 7 nights in a row followed by 7 days off.

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, detail-oriented, and confident in their role
• Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility
• Has good service skills and likes meeting people
• Is computer literate and speaks Swedish and English fluently
• Has previous experience in reception, hotels, or similar service roles (preferable)

Experience with the booking system Sirvoy is a plus but not a requirement – we will train the right person.

Scope: 75% (7/7 schedule)
