WHO IS FRAM?

At FRAM, we are completely convinced that working in a restaurant is one of the world's most fun jobs. We are a personal staffing company that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry and view companies and staff a bit differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are genuinely passionate about this.

We have several hundred employees, a dozen offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and things are really going great for us.💪

Of course, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and connected to collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg, Malmö, and now FRAM has truly established itself here in Stockholm since 2023. With several seasoned colleagues at the office who know the industry in all respects, we are going all in and intend to become the best employer for us industry professionals in the hotel and restaurant sector. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM only works with serious places, and we choose who we work with. Our clients range from nice neighborhood pubs, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, and meeting facilities where the common denominator is that they are decent workplaces, whole and clean restaurants with a good atmosphere.

We do not make short-term decisions, and everyone who joins us we intend to work with for many years to come, whether they are our colleagues or our clients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will be employed by us at FRAM and work at various places across the city. Sometimes you may work at a few different workplaces in a week or take on a long-term assignment at the same place. You will receive assignment proposals in good time, you go out and work for our clients, and you get paid by us. Quite straightforward.

You have complete freedom to choose how you want to work. Only daytime on weekdays? No problem. Want to work only evenings? Absolutely. Want to always be off on certain days of the week? We can arrange that! With us, you take time off or vacation WHEN YOU WANT! We don’t care if it’s during the busy holiday season or if you find a good and cheap last-minute trip and want to take time off on short notice.

We adapt to you, where you live, how you want to work, and what type of service you want to work with (no nonsense). Everything else is pretty much as you think, and we will dive deep into how everything works at our meeting here on Västmannagatan in the city.

WHO ARE YOU?

FRAM is looking for someone who is clean and neat, has a year or so of experience as an assistant, server, bartender, or has worked in a café and has some knowledge. You don’t need to be super experienced or have worked at a star restaurant, but you know how the industry works and your shoes are quick.

Since all our clients' restaurant managers are good people, they will take good care of you when you are at work and ensure that you feel welcome. You will meet many other great people when you work with us.

We are looking for someone with professional knowledge and the right attitude. You don’t need to be as overly driven as us quirky folks at the office, but you are enthusiastic, unpretentious, and good people. Just the right amount of social, alert, and genuinely enjoy working in a restaurant.

Everyone who works with us here at FRAM is quite skilled at their job, but the most important thing is that everyone who works with us is just good people. We have no armchair critics, no annoying bosses, no one who shouts or is sluggish with us. We do not take just anyone in, and it is not easy to get a job with us.
