We are now looking for experienced night receptionists for various assignments with our hotel clients in Stockholm.
As a night receptionist, you are the hotel's face during the night and are responsible for creating a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for guests.
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE WORKED IN A HOTEL BEFORE. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL NOT GET THE JOB.
Job Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out of guests
- Handling bookings and guest support
- Night shifts and administrative tasks
- Ensuring a calm and safe environment at the hotel
- Basic cleaning and preparation tasks for the morning
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a hotel reception (required)
- Has worked nights or is comfortable with night shifts
- Speaks Swedish and English fluently
- Is responsible, self-driven, and solution-oriented
- Has good service skills and a professional demeanor
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with any type of booking system
- Experience in international hotel environments
