WHO ARE FRAM?

At FRAM, we are completely convinced that working in a restaurant is one of the most fun jobs in the world. We are a personal staffing company working exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry, and we look at companies and staff a bit differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are truly passionate about this.

We have several hundred employees, with offices in Stockholm, Malmö, and Gothenburg, and things are going really well for us.💪

Naturally, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and affiliated with collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg and Malmö, and now FRAM has truly established itself here in Stockholm since 2023. With several experienced colleagues at the office who know the industry in all aspects, we are investing heavily and intend to become the best employer by far for us industry people within the hotel and restaurant industry. Everything we do is transparent, open, honest, and we skip the nonsense.

FRAM only works with serious venues and we choose who we work with. Our clients range from decent neighborhood pubs, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, and conference facilities where the common denominator is that they are cool workplaces, whole and clean restaurants with a decent level and good atmosphere.

We do not make short-term decisions, and everyone who joins us we intend to work with for many years to come. Whether it is our colleagues or our clients.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You are thus employed by us at FRAM and work at various places all over the city. Sometimes you can work at a few different workplaces during the week or run a long-term assignment at one and the same place. You get suggestions for assignments in good time, you go out and work for our clients, and you get paid by us. Pretty straightforward.

You choose entirely how you want to work. Only weekdays during the day? No problem. Do you only want to work evenings? Absolutely. Do you always want to be free on certain days of the week? We solve it! With us, you take time off or vacation WHEN YOU WANT! We don't care if it's during the busy Christmas dinner season or if you find a good and cheap last-minute trip and want to be free on reasonably short notice.

We adapt to you, where you live, how you want to run, and what type of service you want to work with (no bullshit). Everything else is roughly as you think, and we dive deep into how everything works at our meeting here on Västmannagatan in the city.

WHO ARE YOU?

FRAM is looking for you who are whole and clean, have a few years under your belt as an assistant, waiter, bartender, or have worked in a café and have a bit of an overview. You don't need to be super-experienced or have worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant, but you know how it works in the industry and your dojjor (tips) are fast.

Since all our clients' restaurant managers are good people, they will take good care of you when you are at work and make sure you feel welcome. You will meet a lot of other good people when you work with us.

We are looking for you who have professional knowledge and the right attitude. You don't need to be as overly driven as us crazy guys at the office, but you are enthusiastic, unpretentious, and good people. Just as social as you are, alert, and genuinely like working in a restaurant.

Everyone who works with us here at FRAM is quite sharp at their job, but the most important thing of all is that everyone who works with us is just good people. We have no arms and legs, no arrogant bosses, people who shout, or tired mousers here. We don't take in just anyone, and it's not entirely easy to get a job with us.

Otherwise, you are social, know the ropes, and like your profession.
