Job responsibilities

We are now looking for a barman who wants to be part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will:

• Mix and serve classic cocktails and Italian-inspired drinks

• Serve wine and beer according to the restaurant's beverage selection

• Handle orders and restocking at the bar

• Be responsible for keeping the bar clean, organized, and pleasant

• Collaborate with serving staff and kitchen to ensure the best possible guest experience

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working in a bar, preferably in a restaurant environment

• Has knowledge of cocktails, wine, and basic bar techniques

• Is service-oriented, stress-resistant, and has a good eye for detail

• Can work evenings and weekends

• Speaks Swedish and English fluently (Italian is a plus)

Employment conditions

• Extent: Full-time (possibility for part-time/probationary employment)

• Employment type: Permanent with a probationary period

• Start date: By agreement

• Working hours: Evenings on weekdays, Saturdays day/evening. Closed on Sundays.
