Do you want to work at one of Värmdö's most beautiful destinations this summer? We are now looking for an engaged and confident head waiter who is passionate about guest experiences and leading, inspiring, and developing the service staff at Siggesta Gård. The position is for the season May–September 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start and extension.

About the role

As a head waiter, you have a central role in the daily operations of the service. You are responsible for creating a professional and warm guest flow as well as leading and supporting the team in their service work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in food, drinks, and service
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well with others
• Is responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Has relevant experience for the role
• Has previous leadership experience and is confident in leading service, staff, and guest flow

The position

Working hours vary and include evenings and weekends. Start date and salary by agreement. We follow collective agreements.
