Percy's Meat is a meat and delicatessen shop that has been operating since the 1960s in Sollentuna. When you step into our store, you can expect a warm welcome, good advice and tips, and to leave with a bag filled with products of the highest quality. Products that provide you and your guests with a wonderful culinary experience. We are now looking for a full-time chef to be at the heart of our operations, the kitchen.

In our kitchen, we prepare stews, kroppkakor, pies, casseroles, catering, salads, and dinner menus. We produce food every weekday during our opening hours. Our goal is to develop the range and continue to offer high-quality traditional Swedish food, something we have done for over 60 years! Do you want to be part of the journey?

We are now looking for a trained chef who wants to work broadly with us. You will produce ready-to-cook products, spreads, and other kitchen products, work with packaging, and on certain days also be a salesperson in the store.

We are looking for someone who is an all-around person, or someone who has the desire to learn the entire chain – from kitchen to customer.

Responsibilities:

• Production of ready-to-cook products, spreads, and prepared meals

• Preparation and production in the kitchen

• Packaging and labeling

• Sales and customer contact in the store on certain days

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained chef (or has equivalent experience)

• Is meticulous, self-driven, and responsible

• Enjoys variety and customer contact

• Has an interest in ingredients, quality, and culinary craftsmanship

Workload: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
