Dersch, short for Der Schnitzel, is a specialized schnitzel restaurant located in Vasastan, Stockholm, run by Roy Nader and Ninos Afram. Dersch has become a great success since its opening in May 2025 and is one of Stockholm's most talked-about restaurants.
The restaurant aims to serve "the world's best schnitzel" and the menu is relatively narrow but well thought out.

Chef Wanted at Dersch!We are now looking for a passionate chef who wants to cook with heart, craftsmanship, and pride.
Here, the schnitzel is at the center – but even more important is the love for ingredients, technique, and a warm experience for the guest. Dersch is an ambitious restaurant with a fast pace, clear identity, and a kitchen where quality always comes first. The person we are looking for is a quick and driven individual who thrives in a high-paced environment. A clear team player who is confident at all stations and delivers consistent, high-quality cooking. This person should be passionate about the profession, have a strong work ethic, and contribute positive energy in the kitchen. This person will primarily be stationed at the pass and will be an important playmaker, ensuring that food reaches guests as it should. Good communication with both kitchen staff and the dining room team is essential. Structure, order, and stress tolerance are important, as well as taking responsibility and leading by being a role model in service.
About the role:As a chef at Dersch, you are a vital part of the kitchen team and are responsible for:
Receiving orders and ensuring everything goes out to guests as it should
Cooking from scratch with a focus on quality and details
Working efficiently in service with a high tempo
Contributing to a good atmosphere and teamwork in the kitchen
Following routines for hygiene, safety, and structure
Being involved in developing the kitchen together with the team
We believe you
Have experience as a chef in a similar establishment
Are meticulous, responsible, and stress-resistant
Have a genuine interest in food and respect for the craft
Thrive in a team but can also take responsibility
Have a positive attitude and want to improve every day
Working hours are in the evenings on weekdays and every other weekend on a rolling 2-week schedule.
