A lively restaurant where food is at the center, where we gather to socialize and enjoy the wonderful Spanish culinary tradition. Boqueria Stockholm, located in MOOD Gallerian in central Stockholm, is a Spanish restaurant consisting of two parts, the dining room and the Square.

In the dining room, which is integrated with an open kitchen, we serve the entire menu with tapas, raciones, paella, etc. There is a family atmosphere in a bustling environment - with Spanish culinary tradition at the center.

The Square is Boqueria's meeting place and serves as both a market hall and a café, where all seats and tables are available for drop-in. This is where we host our events with DJs or live acts. In the Square, we also sell Spanish delicacies such as cheeses, charcuterie, canned goods, and authentic pintxos.

We are now looking for a Head Chef Do you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience in the profession, and love providing personal service? Then we are the workplace for you!

The job: You will work in our hectic kitchen. There, you will be part of our fantastic team of wonderful colleagues who work together towards the same goal: to provide our guests with fantastic service. Boqueria operates with an open kitchen towards the dining room, so the kitchen and dining room work closely together.

Who are we looking for: We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, has a talent for creating a great guest experience, and has previous experience as a head chef or sous chef. You are creative and, of course, have a great interest in cooking and ingredients. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where your talent for service can be utilized every day.

Experience you bring and share with us: We prefer that you have relevant education and professional experience. We would like you to speak fluent English or a Scandinavian language. Experience in budgeting and other leadership roles is a plus.

We offer: We can offer a 100% full-time position starting with a probationary period. You will be offered work both during the day and in the evenings, as well as on weekends.
