About the Position

De Bistro AB is looking for an engaged and experienced cook to join our kitchen. We are a restaurant focused on Italian cuisine, where quality, excellent service, and teamwork are at the center of everything we do.

As a cook with us, you will work in a well-organized kitchen alongside a dedicated team and be an active part of the daily cooking operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's menu.
• Prepare ingredients and plan daily production.
• Ensure high quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Handle orders and organize the workstation.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service.
• Contribute new ideas and help develop the menu when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a cook.
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and food hygiene.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle stress.
• Interest in Italian cuisine is a plus.
