We are looking for an experienced chef, or someone with a very strong interest in food, for a grocery store in Roslagen.

About the role

As a chef, you will prepare both hot and cold dishes according to the store's recipes for the sale of in-house prepared ready-meals, especially during lunch rushes.

You will also:

• Prepare and cook a varied range of ready-meals.
• Actively work to reduce the store's food waste.
• Staff the fish counter and provide professional service to the store's customers.
• Ensure that the kitchen maintains a high standard of order, hygiene, and quality.

The role requires the ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize tasks effectively.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working as a chef or a very strong interest in cooking.
• Have good experience with food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Have knowledge of self-control procedures (HACCP).
• Have experience with or an interest in fish and shellfish.
• Are responsible, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills.
• Enjoy working at a fast pace and can plan and prioritize your tasks.
