About the role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Hotel Receptionist for their operations in Stockholm. This is a role for you who are passionate about service, enjoy meeting people, and want to be part of a business where the guest experience is always at the center.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel and responsible for providing guests with a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

The duties may vary, but include among other things:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Handling bookings, emails, and phone calls
• Providing information and service to hotel guests
• Handling payments and cash register duties
• Administrative tasks related to the reception
• Handling guest inquiries, requests, and issues
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a high level of service

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong service focus and professional demeanor
• Is communicative and enjoys working with people
• Is organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Is responsible and solution-oriented
• Has good computer skills
• Thrives in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high

Previous experience is not a requirement, but we value a genuine interest in service and guest interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from hotels, reception, or other service roles
• Experience with booking systems and cash handling
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of additional languages

About the employment

• Full-time
• Location in Stockholm
• Working hours according to schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and some nights
• Start date as agreed
