Florentine is looking for a charming and energetic Waiter/Waitress

Florentine is an international upscale casual dining restaurant brand born in Stockholm. We offer culinary experiences in a glamorous setting inspired by the Italian movie scene. Our homemade Italian food and drinks are crafted with passion from carefully selected artisanal ingredients.

The concept is part of Urban Italian Group (UIG) and we are a family of 350 amazing people that keeps growing. We serve over 3,000 guests daily across our 8 trattorias.

About You and the Role

We are looking for a charming, energetic, and kind waiter/waitress with at least 1 year of previous experience in a high-volume, full a la carte restaurant. You will be taking care of 20–25 guests in your section, providing them with genuine hospitality, advising on orders, wine recommendations, and communicating anything they might need.
