Experienced pizza baker wanted for part-time work at Rodolfino – Gamla Stan

Are you a passionate pizza baker with solid experience in making Italian pizza, especially Pizza Romana? Then we want you in our kitchen at Rodolfino, right in the heart of Riddarhustorget!

NO KEBAB AND NO BEEF FILET....

With us, the pizza is the focus – we make everything from scratch with love and craftsmanship. Our dough is superb and our ingredients are carefully selected to create the perfect balance of flavor, texture, and tradition. You will be responsible for the entire pizza process, from dough preparation to baking, ensuring that each pizza meets the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience as a pizza baker!
• Is self-driven, meticulous, and can take full responsibility in the kitchen.
• Is passionate about Italian pizza and can handle both classic and creative varieties.
• Has the energy and willingness to contribute to a workplace where passion for pizza is at the center.
• Can assist with related tasks such as salads, pastries, and desserts as needed.
• YOU MUST HAVE A SWEDISH PERSONAL NUMBER/COORDINATION NUMBER

The position is part-time during the summer of 2026, focusing on the high season when there is a lot to do, and we need you to maintain the pace and quality.

Language skills are a plus – please indicate which languages you speak.
