Café Assistant/Kitchen Staff for our lovely Café (minimum 50 %)

We are now looking for a Café Assistant/Kitchen Staff with a kitchen focus who wants to become part of our wonderful team. Our business is growing, and we therefore need to expand with another reliable, engaged food and baking enthusiast.

We are a Café – but with a broad kitchen and a wide variety of food we prepare. In addition to café service, we also work with catering and larger events and gatherings, such as weddings, memorials, birthday parties, and other occasions. So with us, it’s not just simple café food, but a varied kitchen with many different types of dishes and presentations.

We are a warm and family-like group that works closely together, supports each other, and has fun at work – while maintaining high quality in everything we do.

About the position:

The position is for a Café Assistant/Kitchen Staff with experience working in a kitchen.

The scope is at least 50%, with the possibility of more hours depending on the needs and demand of the business. Working hours may vary, especially in connection with catering and events.

The work includes, among other things:

Preparation and cooking of food for the Café, catering, and events

Working with both cold and hot dishes

Kitchen work, prep, and planning for events

Dishes and daily kitchen routines

Working according to applicable hygiene and food safety routines

We are looking for someone who:

Loves cooking, baking, and service with experience working in a kitchen (Café, restaurant, catering, or similar)

Enjoys varied tasks and a broader kitchen and is good at baking

Is responsible, meticulous, and structured, and above all, a real star with a genuine interest in people and customer service.

Likes to work in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere

Has a genuine interest in food and quality

Personal suitability is very important - for us, the right personality, commitment, and joy in service are just as important as experience.
