We are looking for
– Sous chef
Job responsibilities
– Lead and distribute work in the daily operations of the kitchen
– Ensure that production, service, and work environment function efficiently and according to applicable routines
– Support, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
– Ensure that food maintains high quality and follows the business's concept
– Participate in menu planning and contribute to the development of the restaurant's offerings
– Be responsible for administrative tasks such as orders and time reporting
– Actively work in the kitchen alongside the team
Working hours
– Shift work
– Evenings
– Weekends
– Early mornings
Requirements
– Experience in leadership, preferably within the restaurant or food industry
– Previous experience working in a kitchen or relevant restaurant education
– Service-oriented work approach
– Swedish at an intermediate level (can participate in conversations and handle everyday work communication)
– Good professional English

– Able to handle stress and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
– Good collaboration skills and comfortable working with multiple contact points
– Engaged and passionate about cooking
– Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
– Leadership ability focused on developing and supporting the team
