Do you want to work closely with patients, fully utilize your skills, and feel that your work truly makes a difference – every shift? At Aleris Basal Home Healthcare, you will play an important role in providing safe and quality care in patients' homes when the health centers are closed.

Aleris Basal Home Healthcare operates on behalf of health centers and general practitioners during evenings, nights, and weekends. We are there when the need is greatest. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County and are part of Aleris Primary Care, along with ASIH, specialized palliative care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

With us, you will meet experienced colleagues, clear structures, and a shared focus: safe care, with the person at the center.

As a care assistant with us, you will work under the delegation of a nurse and perform varied and meaningful tasks, including:

• Medication administration

• Insulin, tube, and stoma care

• Inhalations

• Wound care

You will document in the Take Care journal system and use Epsilon for planning shifts. An administrative team is always available to support you in planning and structuring – so you can focus on the patient.

You will be based at our office in Sollentuna at Turebergsvägen 5 and work within a defined geographical area. Between patient visits, you will use our environmentally certified cars.

In this recruitment, we are looking for permanent staff at approximately 70 percent.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and enjoys working independently while valuing collaboration.

You:

• Are a trained care assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Have experience with delegated tasks

• Have good computer skills and experience with Epsilon and Take Care

• Have a B driver's license

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in home healthcare.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and calm even when the pace is high. You have a professional demeanor and always prioritize the patient's safety and needs.
