We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team this summer and work as a personal assistant to a 28-year-old guy in Kalmar.

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help someone else's daily life function.

Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, weekend, and night shifts.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Extent: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment as agreed

Start date: As agreed

We apply individual salary setting and follow collective agreements. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
