About us

The Mösseberg Health Center is a well-established clinic located on the slope of Mösseberg.

We are located in the hospital area of Falköping and have about 9000 registered patients. In addition to the usual work at the health center, our operations include nursing homes, child health care, and emergency services. We are now looking for someone who wants to continue developing the operations to provide customers and patients with the best medical quality and service. The health center is accredited for work within Västra Götaland Primary Care.

Here, general practitioners and training physicians, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and biomedical analysts work.

About the job

Your tasks at the health center span a wide range and include general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. You work independently and variably with outpatient work. Guidance is provided by an experienced specialist, who offers you support and knowledge exchange. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities. About you

You are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare and have an interest in primary care and undertaking ST training in general medicine. You possess language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale.

We are looking for someone who is attentive and has a good approach since you will meet many different patients at the health center. You work independently and are confident in making your own decisions, while also contributing with engagement and initiative to the development of the operations. You enjoy teamwork and are happy to collaborate with colleagues and partners to create a care environment characterized by quality, trust, and compassion.

The position is a temporary contract for 6 months, with a possibility of extension and ST training.

For those who have trained as a physician abroad and have not completed AT in Sweden to obtain a medical license, you are covered by the new regulations regarding Basic Training from July 1, 2021. Basic Training for physicians (BT) is a mandatory introductory part of the specialization training in the new regulation ST-2021 (HSLF-FS 2021:8). This means that you need to complete BT before or as an introductory part of your ST.
