Summer Job as a Nursing Assistant in Partille Municipality

As a nursing assistant with us, you play an important role in the patients' daily lives and are also a vital ambassador for Partille Municipality. We offer you a valuable, varied, and developing job. Of course, you will receive an introduction and individual shadowing.

The shifts are scheduled for daytime on weekdays, and we hope you can work the entire summer.

In the role of nursing assistant, you will perform tasks delegated by a nurse, such as sampling, checking vital parameters, and dressing changes. Administrative tasks such as record-keeping are also included. You will work closely with the nurse and have the opportunity to develop and gain good insight into municipal primary care.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has completed at least 4 semesters of the nursing program by June 2026. You should be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

We expect you to have a good attitude towards everyone you meet – patients, relatives, and colleagues. Since you are a guest in other people's homes daily, it is important that you create security and safety for the patient and provide care of high quality.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and flexible. You take responsibility for the whole and work purposefully with each individual patient. You have good collaboration skills and relate to both patients and colleagues in a responsive and smooth manner.

Good to Know

For work within the care and welfare administration in Partille Municipality, you need to have a passing grade in Swedish from elementary school, or SFI-D to manage documentation.
