Tuvängen Elderly Home consists of three permanent departments focusing on both somatic and dementia-related issues. Our workplace is characterized by professionalism and a striving for good quality. Here, a fantastic team of caregivers, care assistants, specialist care assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, unit coordinators, and unit managers work together to provide the best service to our guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of a care assistant at Tuvängen involves having a professional approach to residents, relatives, and colleagues. You will support residents in their daily lives towards the goals set in their care plans. Working under delegation is necessary, as is independently maintaining social documentation and creating care plans on the computer in Treserva. It is important to actively participate as an employee in the development of the workplace. You have the opportunity to apply for a representative role and specialize in a particular area where ongoing training is provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant. You have extensive knowledge in nursing and a drive to learn new things. It is highly meritorious if you also have experience working with individuals with dementia. Since all colleagues are expected to collaborate flexibly across the facility to best utilize each other's skills and our resources, we see that you are good at collaboration and willing to cooperate.

To succeed in the role, good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and computer skills are required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. There is an opportunity to work full-time or part-time. Start date by agreement.

OTHER

Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. The position can be offered as full-time or part-time.

Before employment, a valid extract from the Police Authority's criminal record is required.

Start date is by agreement.
