HR Partner at NU Healthcare

NU Healthcare is part of the Västra Götaland Region and is one of Sweden's larger county hospitals. We are located at NÄL (Norra Älvsborg County Hospital) in Trollhättan and Uddevalla Hospital. The hospital's catchment area includes 280,000 inhabitants. Together, we are about 5,000 employees who work every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare. We are located on the west coast, and our area offers varied nature with both sea, mountains, forests, and lakes.

Your new workplace

The HR organization consists of an HR manager and just over 20 employees who support the organization in HR-related matters.

There is a wide range of tasks and many points of contact. Within HR, we work as specialists, strategists, HR area partners, HR partners, or personnel controllers. We are now looking for someone who wants to help drive HR work forward in the organization. Your tasks

As an HR partner, you have an active role in the core business. You are part of some management teams and are usually involved in collaboration. Using a consultative approach, you provide qualified support to managers in HR-related matters. You drive, develop, implement, and follow up on HR work in the operations. Many of our HR partners facilitate meetings, which our operations value.

As an HR partner, you work independently with a lot of personal responsibility. You are a competent advisor who handles many issues in a large and complex organization. Through broad and qualified HR work, you support and coach managers in all HR processes and adapt efforts to specific needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR/personnel, and it is meritorious if you have several years of experience in qualified HR work. You have a consultative approach and a broad competence that makes you confident in your role. You have good communication skills both in individual conversations and in larger groups. You are coaching, proactive, and create trust with those you work with. Another prerequisite for you to thrive with us is that you have a structured and analytical working method and are service-oriented and keen to deliver. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other

The position is a temporary assignment lasting until March 1, 2027. Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period.
