HR Administrator at Tranemo Municipality

We are now expanding our HR team with an HR Administrator!

The HR function is a central support function within the municipality and consists of three HR strategists and an HR manager. Together, we work strategically and operationally to provide the organizations with professional, legally secure, and quality-assured HR support.

As an HR Administrator, you will have an important and central role in the HR function. You will support HR strategists and the HR manager in daily operations and contribute to ensuring that HR processes are carried out efficiently, structured, and legally. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and external parties within the municipal organization. This position is a new role that you will help shape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with:

  • Administration related to the Employment Protection Act (LAS), such as tracking employment duration, priority rights, and order lists
  • Recruitment administration including advertising, screening, and administrative support in recruitment processes
  • Grant administration towards the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and AFA Insurance
  • Preparation, compilation, and quality assurance of HR statistics
  • Record-keeping for the HR function
  • Administering HR function information on the intranet
  • Other administrative and operational support to the HR function

QUALIFICATIONS

You have:

  • Post-secondary education in HR, personnel administration, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably within HR
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license (B)

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in a municipality or other public sector, which gives you an understanding of public regulations and working methods. Experience with handling according to the Employment Protection Act (LAS) and working with statistics and reporting is considered an asset. Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have experience working in HR-related systems such as Visma Recruit, Personec/Utdata, and Winlas (Lasia).

As a person, you are structured and meticulous with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work. You are service-oriented and enjoy collaborating with others while also working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks. You also have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and can shift focus as needed without compromising quality.
