We are looking for two business developers for the area of income-related sickness benefits and employer benefits at the department of common insurance issues. The team currently consists of 7 business developers working in three locations in Sweden.

Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration

As a business developer, you will be responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to the realization of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate them into concrete activities.

The role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments that are significant for the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and analyzing potential consequences for the operations based on this. The work also involves participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, business planning, and annual reports. The position entails handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

  • has a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
  • has several years of experience in the relevant field and/or business development
  • has excellent knowledge of change and development processes
  • has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
  • acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
  • has the ability to create a useful network
  • can understand and analyze complex issues
  • brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
  • collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you

  • have longer experience in the relevant field within the agency
  • have experience with agile working methods
  • have experience working in a large public organization
  • have worked with IT teams on digitalization and automation
  • have experience in process development and FK-VERA.

Other

2 positions, one permanent and one temporary contract for at least 6 months, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Possibility for remote work exists if the job allows. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Locations: Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.
