We are now looking for a payroll administrator for a stable and established business, where you can combine payroll work with broad administration in an organization with clear processes and close collaboration.

About the position

At Perido, we are now seeking a payroll administrator for our client, a family-owned car dealership with about 80 employees. The company is an established player in the automotive industry, focusing on the sale of both new and used cars as well as related services. The business includes several well-known car brands and also offers workshops, service, body repair, and spare parts sales. The role is divided between payroll administration and other administrative tasks, and it suits you who thrive in a structured, responsible, and varied workday. The position is located in Uddevalla, where the work is performed on-site.

Your tasks

As a payroll administrator, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and quality-assured payroll management. In addition to payroll work, administrative tasks related to the business are also included, such as in finance and vehicle administration. Your main tasks include:

Payroll

  • Payroll preparation and processing
  • Management of the entire payroll process including payroll payments
  • Time reports
  • Logbooks and company cars
  • Travel expenses and reimbursements
  • Reporting and statistics
  • Employer declarations and reporting to authorities
  • FORA and Collectum
  • Follow and monitor applicable regulations
  • LAS
  • Collective agreements

Other administration

  • Responsibility for reconciliations, including balance reconciliations
  • Administration of purchase agreements and tasks related to vehicle sales
  • (delivery flow with invoicing, purchases, registration and deregistration of vehicles, etc.)

Your qualities

We are looking for someone who works independently and in a structured manner and has the ability to drive their work forward. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and have an unpretentious attitude where you are happy to support colleagues and contribute to smooth collaboration. At the same time, you easily take responsibility for your own tasks and follow up on what needs to be done. Accuracy, accountability, and good organizational skills are also important qualities for succeeding in this role.

Qualifications:

  • High school education
  • Relevant education and/or practical experience in payroll administration, 1-2 years
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage internal and external contacts
  • Basic knowledge of Office programs, Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • experience in administering purchase agreements related to vehicle sales

Scope and start date

Full-time, permanent position with the client company. Start date according to agreement.
