Who are we?

The HR function consists of an HR manager and seven HR consultants. We work closely with our operations and each other, with the ambition to create a culture characterized by trust, learning, and sustainability.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute both operational knowledge and strategic competence. To thrive with us, you have:

• A degree in HR, behavioral science, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment.
• Knowledge of labor law and work environment.
• Good digital skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with various HR and operational systems, and have a particular interest in developing these systems.
• A drive to develop working methods and processes, especially within work environment and competence supply.
• The ability to build trust and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication according to the situation.

If you have experience in HR work, preferably within the public sector, it is an advantage.

A driver's license is required as travel in the job occurs.
