We offer a meaningful job together with experienced, secure colleagues who have their hearts in the right place. HVB A.R.T provides care and accommodation for children in a safe environment. The child gets to feel involved in the care in a family-like context of high structure. It is a smaller HVB home that creates the opportunity to work more intensively and closely with the child.

HVB A.R.T has two homes in a homely, nicely furnished environment with proximity to forests and nature. One is located in the countryside outside Tranås and the other outside Ödeshög. Our core values are to believe in each individual's own ability. Every child is unique and has different needs and wishes. In our work, we focus on the best interests of the child and youth. Our philosophy is to meet the children with compassion, warmth, and respect, which creates security with us.

At HVB A.R.T, we want you to come in with positive energy and a heart to help the children succeed. We want you, together with your colleagues, to make the children feel safe through warmth, joy, and setting boundaries. You should have a professional approach and demeanor and take responsibility for building relationships with the children. You will work with treatment and care for the children, daily planning, documentation, and also contribute to keeping the home clean and fresh, doing activities with the children, both small and large. Many of the children and young people enjoy fishing, playing football, being outdoors in the forest, swimming, going to the cinema, etc. They also enjoy bathing in our own sauna where they can take a dip just outside.

If you also enjoy having fun at work, you have found the right place. For us, it is important that we in the staff group have fun together with each other and our children and young people. With us, you will find a group of nice colleagues in an unpretentious environment.

We prefer that you are an educated treatment assistant, treatment/social pedagogue, social worker, behavioral scientist, nursing assistant with a psychiatric focus, or other education that the employer deems equivalent.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A B driver's license is a requirement.
