Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's autonomy and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

Your tasks include being present as a personal assistant in daily activities and assisting with horseback riding once a week. During riding, there is double assistance. You will also participate in educational meals with the client during your work shift. Other activities that may occur include swimming in a pool and gym training. The client's main interests are movies, music, cooking, and animals.

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 32-year-old girl living in Vallastaden, Linköping
• lives in Linköping or nearby
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• is smoke-free

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work
• have a B driver's license
• have knowledge of sign language
• share the client's interests

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes, with a good opportunity for a regular schedule in the future. The position involves work during the day, evening, and night, on weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations according to collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately oraccording to agreement.
