We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician for a 50% consulting assignment within the public sector. This role is suitable for those who thrive in a user-facing position, have a strong service focus, and want to work with first-line support in a security-conscious environment.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will provide first-line IT support and assist users via phone, email, and on-site. You will handle incoming cases, troubleshoot in a Windows environment, and support users in their daily IT tasks. The assignment will be performed on-site in central Stockholm, and working hours may vary.

Responsibilities

Receive and manage cases via phone and case management systems

Provide user support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and on-site

Activation and administration of user accounts

Password management

Imports and exports

Troubleshooting in Windows environments and applications

Case documentation and follow-up

Requirements

Experience in user support for commonly used software

Experience working with case management systems

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Swedish

Swedish citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in environments covered by security protection legislation

Experience with Active Directory
