Our client is an 8-year-old boy who enjoys speed and excitement, playfulness, and sounds. If he could decide, he would spend all day swimming, swinging, and listening to music. He also likes to go outside for a while every day to move around.

The boy has a constant need for supervision and requires help with everything in his daily life.

He lacks verbal language and communicates through body language and sounds. Therefore, it is essential that you are attentive to various signals, calm, and able to interpret body language. His mood can change quickly, and as a personal assistant, you need to be observant to quickly and smoothly redirect frustration.

During the day, the boy attends school without his personal assistant. After school, most work is done at the boy's home with his family, so it is important that you are good at communicating, have a positive and respectful attitude, and possess good empathetic skills.

The boy primarily eats through a feeding tube and requires monitoring due to severe epilepsy.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. A thorough and clear introduction applies upon employment.

A driver's license is required.

It is desirable that you have knowledge of child development, are pedagogical, a bit inventive, and enjoy trying different activities with the boy to help him develop.

Since the client does not have spoken language and has difficulty expressing himself, it is necessary that you are creative, attentive, and observant of small signals. Experience in personal assistance and epilepsy is an advantage, but personal suitability and care experience will weigh the most.
