In our operations, we receive individuals in need of sheltered housing or support housing, who then live with us in individual apartments. We work with the intake of new placements, support based on the individual's needs, and motivate to create new opportunities for those living with us. We take responsibility for the entire process and are looking for someone who understands the importance of responsibility, clarity, and respect for the individual in the supportive work.

We now need you who want to work as a treatment assistant at 75%, permanent position with an initial probationary period.

• Receiving emergency placements and making initial assessments of the individual

• Providing support in the individual's daily planning

• Certain practical tasks in the living environment

• Being a support and offering a safe response in acute and difficult situations

• Ongoing contact with authorities and other external actors

• Documentation and record-keeping

• Working from a safety perspective

Working in sheltered housing and support housing requires commitment, flexibility, and a responsive approach.

The work is primarily performed during weekdays during the day, but may include evenings and weekends. The position includes on-call duty, which means you are available through an on-call phone according to a schedule. Therefore, it is an advantage if you live in or near Nyköping.

• Is a trained treatment assistant, social worker, or other qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer

• Has good skills in documentation and using a computer as a work tool

• Enjoys working both independently and in a team

• Has a professional, empathetic, and secure approach

• Is responsible, attentive, and has personal maturity

• Has knowledge of low-arousal approaches

• Holds a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working with individuals with substance abuse issues

• Experience meeting individuals who have been subjected to violence

• Experience handling acute crisis situations
