Personal Assistant Needed for a Woman in Eskilstuna

About the Customer:

The customer is a 35-year-old woman living in Ärla, Eskilstuna. She lives with her family, which also includes pets. The customer enjoys walking in the local area and watching movies, but also likes to take trips to the city for restaurant visits and shopping.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and independent in their professional role, with insight into what it means to work in another person's home. You should be patient and empathetic, and ideally have experience working with individuals who communicate without speech. Experience with alternative/augmentative communication is a plus but not a requirement. Previous experience as a personal assistant is also advantageous, but you will receive all necessary training on-site. You should not have allergies to furry animals as several pets are present in the home. Out of respect for the customer's privacy, we prefer female applicants.

About the Position:

The job involves supporting the customer in her daily life, including assistance with personal hygiene. No heavy lifting or transfers are involved. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, afternoon/evening, and sleeping night shifts, both weekdays and weekends according to a rotating schedule. We are currently looking for assistants who can work part-time, which means about 14 shifts per month, but we are also looking for substitutes. We welcome applicants who can work all types of shifts. We care deeply about the working environment for our assistants. The customer lives outside the urban area with limited transportation options, but there is a bus connection right by her home.
